Statewide Indigenous Community Arts Development
The Statewide Indigenous Community Arts Development (SICAD) project strives for arts outcomes that are culturally positive and of benefit to wider regional communities by supporting Aboriginal leadership, project ownership and community wellbeing through the arts.

Supported by Arts South Australia, SICAD was developed in 2005 following an extended field trip around rural South Australia by representatives of Aṉanguku Arts, Arts South Australia and Country Arts SA.
The focus of SICAD is Aboriginal artists living in regional and remote areas of South Australia outside of the Aṉangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands. The SICAD project assists some 150 artists each year through visits, workshops and liaison through regions defined for consultation and service delivery as:
Far West/Eyre Peninsula - Arts Ceduna, Koonibba, Scotdesco, Yalata, Maralinga, Oak Valley, Wangary and Port Lincoln
Yorke Peninsula - Point Pearce, Port Pirie
Port Augusta/Flinders Ranges - Port Augusta, Whyalla, Iga Warta, Nepabunna, Copley, Hawker homelands
Far North - Oodnadatta, Coober Pedy, Maree
Riverland - Berri, Barmera, Glossop
Murrylands - Murray Bridge
Fleurieu Raukkan and Camp Coorong
South East/Limestone Coast - Mount Gambier, Kingston
Outside Adelaide Metro - Salisbury, Adelaide Hills
